We offer competitive pricing for our main services, calculated through a combination of flat fees and distance rates to ensure you always get a fair deal. Our rates are approximately three times less than a taxi and slightly under shuttle services.

Cancellations

Non refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of the scheduled ride.
Notice more than 48 hours is refunded minus a $30.00 cancellation fee or full amount may be credited for a future booking.

Bookings outside of regular business hours must be booked well in advance. All bookings must be paid in advance to secure a rideshare or delivery. In order to secure a booking we require your name, date, time and the address for pick up and drop off.

VDK Delivery Services & Storage reserves the right to change times due to special circumstances (eg. Road Closures, Severe Weather / Public Health Events, Dangerous Road Conditions, etc) VDK Delivery and Rideshares IS NOT pet friendly. Please book via VDK Hotshots if you require transportation with a pet.
